Shooting Starz
SHOOTING STARZ is a not-for-profit corporation founded by Wayne O’Connor.
Wayne is a former teacher & administrator with the Syracuse city school district [SCSD]. He is also an amateur photographer who is offering FREE photo sessions to certain students in the SCSD. His primary focus is on seniors as they progress towards graduation.
